Defense Department Briefing (9-18-2001)

U.S Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, talked to reporters about how war against terrorist targets would differ from conventional war and spoke about clean-up efforts following the attack on the Pentagon. Following his remarks he answered questions from the reporters. (9-18-2001)
