Morning traffic along and near the Sydney Harbour Bridge was snarled for a few hours on the morning of April 4, after a man climbed the structure, sparking a police operation. This video shows traffic congestion in Cammeray on the lower north shore, which is located just north of the Harbour Bridge. Multiple lanes towards the north and the south were closed.
