What does it mean to be a church member?

Many church goers don’t understand Church Membership is important. Being a member brings responsibilities to you FOR your church. Each member per scripture is part of the body of Christ. Christ is the head of the church. Each member must have a job in church.

Its not you leave money in the plate and go home. It means you do a job at the church to keep it going. Money is great and it is a law of God to keep the church going. But, there are many ministries at churches which needs parts of the body to fill. Maybe there is a ministry you think the church will benefit from? That maybe you’re calling.

Leaving a church is a big decision. Talk to God before doing it. God maybe leading you elsewhere or HE has you where you want it.
