Workers at a phone service centre were involved in a spectacular brawl with two irate clients.

The bizarre dust-up occurred in the city of Krasnodar in south-west Russia's Krasnodar Krai region.

The disagreement started when one of the men agreed to an initial quote of 1,300 RUB (16 GBP) to repair his electronic device. However, when he went to pick it up he was informed that the price was actually 8,900 RUB (110 GBP).

When the client refused to pay, he was told that he could only get his device back if he paid a diagnostics charge of 550 RUB (7 GBP).

In CCTV footage of the brawl, the two men are seen arguing with staff over the price.

Suddenly, the heavyset man in a burgundy top punches the shop assistant hard in the face, sending him to the floor.

The assistant jumps to his feet and several colleagues try to hold him back, but he shrugs them loose and picks up a baseball bat from behind the counter.

The client in the burgundy sweater throws a wooden table at the bat-wielding assistant, which crashes into his back.

Undeterred, he leaps into the waiting room area and starts swinging his bat.

The client’s friend and three other shop assistants become embroiled and start throwing chairs at each other.

The three workers jump over the counter and join in the fight, now four men against two, and they quickly restrain the customers on the floor.

It is not known how the situation was resolved.

Netizen ‘Lena Kuchak’ said: "I think that they had a right to be unhappy with the service."

It is unclear if any arrests were made.
