Is this the epicentre of a new outbreak ? Virus X ? Is this spraying people of the new variant ? is this a release of a new mystery virus ? What is going on here ?
Are they all being vaccinated from above via aerosol ? What is going on ?

One man went over and had a look and said it was a sticky jelly type substance that was sticking to peoples hair and clothes and people were covered with the yellow sticky jelly type substance all over them.

How many breathed that stuff in ? How many got it onto their skin ?
What are the short and long term effects of being exposed to that substance being randomly sprayed all over the people ?
