Due to Supreme Court, Religion IS Allowed in Polk School Public Schools

In 2023. the Supreme Court overturned the Lemon Test. The ruling officially ruled that there IS NO Separation of Church and State. The Supreme Court officially overturned 1971's controversial and heavily criticized Lemon v. Kurtzman opinion. Lemon was used for over fifty years in analyzing claims under the Establishment Clause.
