Whenever you’re not supposed to laugh: that’s the hardest time not to laugh. This is just science. If placed in a situation where common decency and societal norms dictate you to be serious, the slightest inkling of humor becomes magnified. Repressing that feeling, or at least attempting to, only exacerbates it. We at AFV cannot speak to the identity of person in the casket, but it would seem he or she had a significant impact on those around them, as many came to say their last goodbyes. Given the advanced age of those in attendance, it’s likely this person lived a long life as well, touching the lives of many along the way.
