7.5 LB meat This was moose/beef and pork back fat 80/20
#1 pink Cure 1.5 tsp
Kosher salt 2.5 Tbsp
Ground Black Pepper 2 tsp
Granulated Garlic 2 tsp
Granulated Onion 2.5 tsp
White Sugar 1 tsp
Mustard Powder 1 Tbsp
Celery Seed 2 tsp
