Post Office Lawyer - Subpostmasters should have detailed Horizon bugs

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh tells the inquiry that he was just trying to 'help' and 'do favours' for Seema Misra's legal team when he suggested Subpostmasters should have detailed lists of Horizon bugs that they have encountered in response to a disclosure by her legal team to the audit data from Fujitsu Horizon to prove that a loss had even occurred.

He suggested that the fact they hadn't provided the Post Office with a 'defence statement' listing Horizon issues as a defence would 'damage the credibility' of their client in trial, seemingly avoiding the disclosure requested in the letter sent to him.
