Storm Shield Forecast morning update 3/16/18

Temperatures stay well below average with the low 60s and great air quality through the weekend as a storm brings scattered showers today and tomorrow. The mountains are obviously a bit cooler, with temperatures in the low 50s in the Kern River Valley through the weekend and just the 40s in the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park.
