Pushing back against extreme sea level rise modelling to give extreme results on potential not real events. We want to Calm Alarming Law Madness.
The current trajectory of the KCDC/CAP process will detrimentally affect the Kapiti region, particularly any property within designated "Adaptation Area", which extend from the coast to 2km inland for most of the Kapiti area.

For example 1,100 homes have already been identihed for 'managed retreat' through the CAP process to date, with no direct notification to property owners.
