Duhok Iraq flood water deadly dead killed flooding RT Russia Today happening now

Four people were trapped in a submerged car during severe flooding in Duhok, Iraq. Two of the victims were rescued; however, the other two were carried away by floodwaters. According to Duhok’s civil defense, both of them have died.
