It’s got a nice, brown sugar/molasses kinda sweet and a decent viscosity so it stays on your food when you dip unlike some of the more vinegar based sauces.

Switching up sauces is one way I break up the monotony by keeping the nutrition portion of my meals relatively unchanged from lean meats and veggies but still having a variety of taste options.

My dinner sauce of choice tonight is Kinder’s Hot BBQ!!

This would be in the “Day to Day” category of sauces as defined in my, “How I Determine my Sauces Video.” It’s 60Kcal a serving, with 14g Carb, 12g Sugar. It’s sweet but not excessively so and it’s more of a brown sugar kind of sweet which is a nice departure from the norm. It’s also got a robust thickness that’s great for veggies since it stays on the food unlike some of the vinegar based, watery kind of sauces.
