Dry but cool Friday in store

It's another quiet and cool morning, but not quite as chilly as yesterday morning. We start the day with some clouds but more sunshine is on the way by midday and this afternoon. Highs today will only be in the middle and upper 30s. Tonight's forecast calls for mainly clear skies and lows in the the 20s lakeside and upper teens inland.
