Working out is good for your health no matter what age you are. It will keep your skin younger and it can even reverse the effect of aging in people working out later on in life. Take a look at this amazing 67-year-old pensioner who gained incredible bulging muscles by working out 6 times a week.

Grandad, Bill Hendricks, 67, from Dallas, Texas, has more than 28k followers on Instagram who like to see his inspiring fitness videos. The former Marine posts his workout routines daily and poses topless to show off his shredded physique.

The father of three kids believes that he has a gift for work out and he spends at least two hours per day in the gym. Previously, in the 1970s, he was working as a male entertainer, but he got very surprised of the number of people that liked his videos. He said: “I was reposted on a group for over 40’s who keep fit and all of a sudden I had thousands of people following me, interested in how I managed to look like I do.”

He shares his daily habits about fitness and food. Bill eats the same thing every day – oats, omelet, chicken breast and salads. He is not a consumer of alcohol, so he can keep his body fat to a minimum. Bill also added: “I thought it would be a fun opportunity to speak with people about keeping fit and to maybe tell them how I keep in shape.” Although he turns 68 in April, he admits that he still gets compliments and looks on the street.
