MARVEL AND MYSTERIES - RESOLUTIONS

New Year's resolutions. Many make them and rarely keep them. A quick search of the internet shows several researchers and studies indicating that only 9% of people who make them, keep them!

So what is it about the need to express the intention of bettering oneself for the next 12 months that drives people to make them, only to trash them a few months in?

Perhaps our aim is off in our well-intentioned "resolutions." What if our focus is on changing the wrong thing, and what if we could resolve issues rather than just writing an annual statement about them?
