Moving company racks up 100+ complaints, still operating nationwide

A moving company with more than 130 complaints on file with the U.S. Department of Transportation is continuing to operate nationwide. One of their customers, a Virginia couple, has waited 11 weeks for their belongings without being told when they'll see their stuff again.
