It doesn't take an oracle to see where this was headed when the FBI Director - whose agency was responsible to provide evidence to the WC - has already publicly announced that LHO was the "lone assassin". The WC was less a court proceeding where the jury hears from the prosecution AND the defense, and more an inquisition where the court begins with a conclusion and works backward to shoehorn the evidence into a narrative that fits the predetermined conclusion.
