New stickers to alert first responders to people with special needs

The Johnson County, Kansas, Sheriff's Office is launching its "Take Me Home" program with stickers. The stickers say "Special needs person may not respond to verbal commands," and aim to aid first responders in situations where they need to help a person with special needs.
