Episode 31: No-Show - Court Bailiffs Fail to Turn Up

A short ramble along the disused Nottingham Canal.

In this brief Rogue Cast, I provide an update on the attempt by Nottingham County Court to plunder a man’s home on the back of a fraudulent possession claim and subsequently void order issued by a man purporting to act as a District Judge.

The application was made under CPR 3.1 (7) on the ground that the DJ mistakenly formulated an order that was in contradiction of the facts before him.

It was served via email on all parties and by Special Delivery to Nottingham County Court.
