I wasn't thinking of this at the time I made this video, but this is also important information. When these companies right off the debt they report that to the credit reporting agency. You can dispute anything that is in your credit report. If the company has violated the contract by not giving full disclosure. They violated their contract. So any negative credit report can be disputed in one on the grounds of a third party intervention in collections. These collection agencies will use your credit score to manipulate you. A simple letter to all three of the credit reporting agencies challenging their claim of debt was unlawful in accordance with the universal codes of commerce. It will clear your credit record of the debt. 😁
