Residents in Puerto Rico were left without power after an explosion at a power substation on February 11. Several municipalities experienced a blackout after the fire at the AEE Distribution Center Monacillos, according to local news reports. AEE confirmed its officials were investigating the fire in a tweet on its official Twitter feed. This video of the fire was taken by an eyewitness from his home in the municipality of Toa Baja, situated about 20 miles from the power substation in San Juan. Fire crews from the capital of San Juan extinguished the fire, according to local reports. At least 400,000 homes remain without power since Hurricane Maria hit the US territory five months ago, Fox News reported. Credit: Jose Miguel Alicea via Storyful
