Rep. Gerhard Introduces HB1497: Eliminating the "Trial Penalty"

Concord, New Hampshire February 14, 2024 Rep. Gerhard (Northfield - Franklin) introduced HB1497 which would eliminate the "trial penalty" that punishes defendants who choose to exercise their 6th Amendment right to a trial by jury.
