2 Seperate Otis Elevonic 411 Traction Elevators - AdventHelp Medical Office Building (Fletcher, NC)

Here are two Otis Tractions, on seperate ends of the building. There is a hospital sized elevator in the back and a passenger style elevator in the front. This makes these, especially the front one, very inefficient and busy. Why not just put them together in the same set instead of having 2 different seperate sets? Kinda dumb building design regarding the elevator set up.

Minus some slight vibrations, both elevators run well.
