My Daughter Was Mugged! Why is this Happening?

Two weeks ago, my mom's house was broken into by a homeless man, and this week, my daughter gets robbed by a different homeless man. I know this is a long video and is not my usual content, but someone needs to shed light on this issue. City's are sending thier homeless to our small town. But, God sends someone to shed light on the issue, and to give me a way to help using the business. Sorry that the video went up late, but I recorded way too much, and was trying to cut it down as much as possible and everything still flow together.
