Orange Weather Warning in Lyon as River Levels Rise

The banks of the River Saone swelled on January 24 in the French city of Lyon as an orange weather warning was put in place. Authorities warned of strong gusts of wind and heavy rainfall of between 30 and 50 ml over a 24-hour period. Most of France was on flood alert with transport restricted in Paris due to the rising waters of the River Seine. This video shows the high water levels along the banks of the Saone in Lyon.
