You have to take care of another human being, take care of their needs, of their upbringing, their health, all the while maintaining a tight grip on your own life. We get so grateful for the bundle of joy we created, nothing else is more important than them. But essentially, a healthy baby needs a healthy mommy.

A New Zealand mother of two was feeling overwhelmed after the birth of her children and she felt that things were getting out of hands. That is, until she decided to change her way of living, creating a healthier and more fit environment for her whole family. Seeing the results of the change, Kelly Rennie decided to share her discovery with others, creating the Busy Mom Program. This program consists of a series of exercises that take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and can be done anywhere, along with a diet plan that is tasty and nutritious for all of the family. Although this program is created for new moms in the forefront, it can easily work on anyone. It lasts for 8 weeks.

Kelly had the surprise of a lifetime when she received a letter from the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. The mother of three praised Kelly’s program, claiming it helped her a lot after her second pregnancy.
