Rumble Tokyo endured its heaviest snowfall for four years on Monday, January 22. These videos taken by eyewitness Kazuhiro Shirayori show people rushing to shelter from the snowfall in Tokyo’s Chuo ward. At least five inches of snow was recorded in Tokyo by 6 pm on Monday. according to Kyodo News. The inclement weather caused disruption on the transport network and left at least 16 people injured, it was reported.
