Schools Evacuate as Parker County Brush Fire Approaches

A grass fire in Parker County, Texas, shut down the highway and forced the evacuation of homes and two schools on Monday, January 22. On Monday evening, the fire had burned 1,000 acres and was 40 percent contained, according to reports. These videos show the range of the fire, as well as the evacuation of McCall Elementary School in Willow Park, Texas. Walsh Elementary School was also evacuated.
