Goggins Wall Sit Challenge

People are always asking for a quick challenge they can do so here you go!

Challenge:
- Start to wall sit at a 90 degree angle with no weight
- Every 15 seconds add a plate (use plates of whatever weight you choose- 5lb, 10, 25, 45, etc)
- Continue to add weight until you are either out of plates or you can no longer add more

Rules:
- You must stack the plates yourself
- The very last plate you put on will only count if you hold it for 15 seconds
- You must remove the plates yourself one at a time, no dumping all plates
