Homeowners are still assessing the dame in Montecito, California, on Wednesday, January 17, eight days after deadly mudslides swept through the area. Search and rescue operations continued on Wednesday and crews were sifting through the debris. Three people remain unaccounted for and the death toll has risen to 20, according to KSBY.
