Rumble - Ice jams on the Housatonic River were blamed for flooding in Kent, Connecticut, and the closure of State Highway 7 on Saturday, January 13. This drone footage shows a home and the grounds of Kent School flooded as a result of the jam. The ice jam continued to choke the river on January 15, and was reported to be a mile long, and a state of emergency was declared in the town, State Representative Brian M. Ohler said. Five thousand sandbags were reported to have arrived in the town on January 16. Credit: YouTube/Andrea Repko via Storyful
