Russian missile fragments hit homes outside Kyiv

Fragments of a downed Russian missile hit an apartment block and set cars on fire in Svatopetryvske, a village in the Kyiv region. Russia unleashed a mass air strike on Ukraine on Tuesday, (January 23) local officials said, killing at least four people and wounding more than 60 others.
