Ah, the east coast...a librarytarian paradise, according to some. Lax gun laws, no state income tax, live free or die. Unless, of course, your idea of "living free" is murdering innocent people. Despite the death penalty being abolished here, New Hampshire has one man currently on death row. Explain that one.
