Motorists in Montecito, California, drove through flooded neighborhoods on Tuesday, January 9, following deadly storms that caused mudslides. The Santa Barbara County Fire Department reported that 100 homes were destroyed. This video taken by Garrick Charles Hyder shows how the events forced the closure of Highway 101.
