ARTK#242 Eric Christie / J6 Prisoner *HOMECOMING* from the Washington, D.C. GULAG!

Eric Christie was released in December 2023 from the D.C. Gulag and his attorney is currently appealing his case. We will have Attorney Carolyn Stewart, retired Army Colonel, on our show soon to share some important updates.

As many other J6’ers who
ve been taken from their families and whose lives and careers have been ruined, Eric Christie was peacefully showing his support on January 6, 2021 in Washington, D.C. to allow our votes to count from the 2020 election which MANY believe was hijacked from President Trump and We The People. They were exercising their 1st Amendment Rights. Nearly 2 years later, in Dec. of 2022 the FBI raided Eric’s home and took him off to a Washington, D.C. Detention Center.

The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition….Free Speech Clause affords special protections to certain places traditionally open for speech activities, such as sidewalks and public ways, placing a heavy burden on any government attempt to restrict speech in what the Court has identified as “traditional public fora.”
