Love Thy Neighbour - The English working class sense of humour. What happened?

I am asking a legal question: Why is it that the white English allow words like Goyim, Kafir as derogatory terms in common usage? They are clearly religious discrimination? The N word you cannot say or write unless you are black? But blacks, Jews and Muslims can call white people and Christians Goyim, Kafir or white boy, honkey?

Goyim, Kafir are defined in religious law and text with their meanings. There is no misinterpretation it is solely derogatory. In most text it is evil persecution of Christians. Why do we allow it?
