For 2024

When we are patient, kind, forgiving and nonjudgmental. Our bodies and minds begin to vibrate at a higher frequency. We begin to feel and sense what energies align with our own and what doesn't serve us. We begin the process of healing , transcending our cultural programming and karma. My goal for 2024 is to cultivate healthy relationships with myself, my family, mother earth and all living things.
