KEEP YOUR GAZE FIXED ON GOD

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR ONES!!!
I know this may sound trite guys, but I really needed this morning scripture. I needed what was in this to remind me to keep my gaze fixed on Jesus Christ. To not be looking around at the horizontal but focus on the vertical, because if I do anything else, let's just say my mind is full of chaos. My attention goes all over the place, and that's not good. I think that's why the questions from this morning’s devotion are so incredibly challenging to me, and I’d like to share that with you tonight. Please read this question very carefully, and I pray that God will challenge your heart through them too.

Where do you normally fix your attention?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that I learned not only from this passage of scripture, but from some others that God showed me from His Word, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you helps you see the importance of keeping your gaze on Jesus Christ. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to ask you this question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it helps you to seek the peace that only God offers, through fixing your gaze on Him.

How might you renew your gaze on God?

My prayer for all of you tonight my friends, is that you learn what true peace is. That you learn to realize that peace is truly the gift for every person who chooses to fix their gaze on God. That in a world overflowing with threats and dangers all around us, there's something that we need to arrest our attention, the true source of happiness, calm, and lasting peace, is found only through Jesus Christ, and we need to make sure that our gaze, our focus is fixed on Him. Remember that as we choose to spend time meditating on God's word, memorizing scripture, and letting God's word plant itself in our hearts, that we will truly KNOW the peace that God offers. Let's make sure that we are focusing on the vertical not the horizontal, and that we are keeping our gaze truly and totally fixed on Jesus Christ.
