This is a recording of a "SKYMASTER message"*. These are formatted differently from usual HFGCS Emergency Action Messages (EAMs – and/or FDMs) and appear to be associated with periodic exercises. For as little as we really know about Emergency Action Messages, we know even less about SKYMASTER messages and exercises.

This message was broadcast on 5752 kHz, which was not a known HFGCS frequency.
