There is never a shortage of Democrat bureaucrats who have lost their grip on reality. Mayorkas  is, in my opinion, the biggest, bone-head and the most incompetent moron in this incompetent Administration and in Washington itself. And, that's saying a lot considering the likes of AOC, Raskin, Omar, Swalwell, Goldman and Pelosi.
