Tow Truck Pulls Erie Bus Through Snowy Street

A snow emergency was declared in Erie, Pennsylvania, as of Wednesday, December 27, after nearly 63 inches of snow fell in a span of about four days. The Erie Police Department warned residents to not drive on the streets until the snow stopped. This video shows a tow truck pulling a public bus through a snowy intersection.
