Some commuters whose bus was reportedly caught in floodwaters in Southbank, Melbourne, on December 19 decided to pass the time by cranking up Nelly’s Hot in Herre. Melbourne experienced flash flooding after intense storms swept over the city and inner suburbs. The ABC reported train and tram services were disrupted by the flooding.
