Tropical Storm Kai-tak continued to bring heavy rainfall to parts of the Philippines on December 17, causing widespread flooding and damage. At least three people in the Philippines had been killed by the storm, which is known locally as Tropical Storm Urduja, CNN Philippines reported. A state of calamity has also been declared in Tacloban City and Northern Samar, the news site reported. This footage shows damage to a street in Boracay on Sunday.
