Heavy snow covered parts of Ontario, on December 14, blanketing the region in white. The snow was brought by a strong clipper system that came from the midwestern US. Toronto’s medical officer of health issued an alert, urging residents to seek shelter and to check on vulnerable loved ones and neighbors. Up to 7 inches of snow is expected through December 15.
