DECORATING the LAGOON - Episode 2: JWE2 Pennsylvania

Welcome back to my Pennsylvania series. In the episode, I decorate the lake in front of the innovation center. I did some editing and cut some of the repetitive footage, because some of the decorating can take an extremely long time, and be very repetitive. I left enough to help give everyone the basic idea.
