Jack Smith is called out by Trump but is running out of moves.
DC Circuit Court of Appeals will hear immunity defense January 9th.
If it decides Trump has, or does not, immunity - then it will still push up to SCOTUS. It is a conspiracy against Trump, because it is the Biden admin, Obamas, Clintons, etc, trying to remove Trump. We know the timing of it. SCOTUS could step into case where Colorado removed Trump from ballot.
