Community groups hopeful that violence reduction plan money will affect real change in Indianapolis

Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett announced a plan this week that includes asking the city-county council to approve millions to bolster community groups that are trying to help reduce violence in the city. The groups are hopeful the money will help lead to real change.
