The I-Team has discovered an unlicensed engineer, who lost his license for shoddy repairs, continued to be involved in sinkhole repairs... using the stamp and signature of a retired engineer who was in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. Pasco County learned the fraud was going on and investigated, but homeowners were never told.
