Tippit Shooting Part 1: Tippit Was Pronounced Dead Before He Was Shot?

The time of the Tippit shooting is important to CT'ers because they say that LHO did not have the time to get to the scene, that Tippit was shot too early for Oswald to be the perp. The time is important to Nutters because they want Oswald to have time to get there. But the evidence seems to be hopeless on this point, apparently saying that Tippit was declared dead at Methodist Hospital before he had been shot. The state of the evidence allows either side to cherry pick for the desired result. But, I say that the Official Story times for the Tenth Street shooting and for the time of death are both correct, and this is part one of the explanation for how that can be so.
